Willie ‘Night Train’ Dawson
Night Train and his shadow, Lil’Mo had business at Carpe Noctem, and aggressively confronted Dylan and Fee as they were checking out the pristine (if not heavily modified) green 1975 Cadillac Deville Sedan. The vanity license plate read 1516233, which in gang cryptography translates to O (15) P (16) B (2) = [Oak Park Bloods] 33 stands for 33rd Street.

Night Train is a warlord of the OPB, and is in charge of the ongoing alliances and rivalries that exist in the immediate area around the sub factions in Oak Park. He has a long rap sheet, and has done hard time for assault and drug trafficking.
